Shipping Time
All orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us at the below and we will make arrangements to rush your items.
 
Shipping Costs
We know no one likes to pay for shipping! So, we offer it FREE on all orders over $125. Otherwise, it’s just an easy flat rate of only $8.99!
 
All orders placed within 12 hours from one person will be combined and duplicate shipping will be refunded. So, you can literally place unlimited orders within a 12-hour window but only charged one time!!
 
Customer Important Note
It is the customer’s responsibility to update changes to shipping/mailing address in customer’s account. C Jazzi Boutique WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer and any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer’s responsibility.

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, NO ORDER CHANGES, NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS!

After your order has been placed it is no longer able to be cancelled.

Requesting An Exchange
If customer is requesting an even exchange, please send an email containing a photo of the item within 5 days of receipt to cjazzibtq@gmail.com – A customer service representative will assist you further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item is sent out or approval for the return issued.
All returns must be approved in advance. Any returns received without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
The customer will be required to cover the shipping costs before the package can be sent back to them.

Returns Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of delivery confirmation date (FOR EXCHANGE AND/OR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS). Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
 
All items must be returned in NEW condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains to be eligible for store credit.
 
ALL accessories are FINAL SALE!!!! This includes but is not limited to food and/or beverage items, under garments, swimwear, hats, jewelry, belts, glasses, skin care and/or makeup items, CBD and/or health care products, electronics etc.
All “SALE, CLEARANCE and CREDIT BACK” items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. This includes any orders using any discount code…. final sale – no exceptions.
When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the actual shoe or shoe box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box, mailing bag or wrapped in paper.
 
If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay for the shipping.
ANY ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RE-SHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECIEVE THE RE-SHIPPING FEE WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.

Lost & Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please submit a claim to USPS or UPS.
If your tracking shows “delivered” and you have not received your package, C Jazzi Boutique IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service, UPS, or your local law enforcement.
 
Sezzle/AfterPay/PayPal & Returns
If you used one of our installment payment methods to pay for your order & return your items, you will still be responsible for making your weekly/monthly payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel those installment payments, as Sezzle/ AfterPay/PayPal is only the service we provide to you. Sezzle/AfterPay/PayPal are an entirely separate company that you have gone into an agreement with.
